Who handles your data

What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, company name, site location, description of the work and any files you attach. Only name and phone are required. When you call or email us, we handle what you give us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we agree, sign a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not send marketing emails.
How long we keep it
If no contract is signed, we delete the enquiry no later than 12 months after our last correspondence. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for as long as accounting and construction record-keeping laws require.
Who can see it
Only our staff who prepare the quote, and the companies that provide our website hosting and email. They process the data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
At the moment we use only one necessary cookie:

Fonts
The website fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable form. Write to direktorius@gamaka.lt and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania, vdai.lrv.lt.
